Do you build the system you review?+
Not in the same advisory engagement. Hive AI provides paid strategic review. If implementation is needed afterward, Hive Forensics can be considered under a separate scope—or you can take the findings to any team you choose.
Why is the consultation paid?+
Because the call is the work. You get senior engineering judgment, not a junior qualification call wrapped around a sales pitch.
Which package should I choose?+
Use a Diagnostic Call for a contained decision, an Architecture Review for a design or vendor plan, a Production Readiness Audit for a system nearing launch, and Fractional Advisory for recurring leadership decisions.
Will you work with our internal team or vendor?+
Yes. The purpose is to sharpen their decisions, test claims, and make risk visible—not to replace capable people.
Can you advise on European privacy?+
Yes, from a technical and operational perspective, including data flow, residency, retention, access, and vendor choices. Hive AI does not provide legal advice.
What do you need before a review?+
Useful context includes architecture diagrams, vendor proposals, evaluation results, data boundaries, current constraints, and the decision deadline. Imperfect material is fine; hidden uncertainty is often the point.
