I am an American senior AI engineer and founder running Hive AI as a US corporation while living as a digital nomad in Italy. That setup forces clarity. Time zones punish vague meetings. Cross-border operations punish sloppy assumptions.

The upside is perspective. I see US speed and European caution in the same week. Both are useful. Both become dangerous when taken to extremes. Good AI strategy needs ambition, but it also needs privacy discipline, operational humility, and someone willing to say no before the invoice gets ugly.
